The SEA led the creative exploration and brand strategy for a new community service for FTR&D. We carried out a series of detailed design studies looking at personalisation, shared memory and social networks. The results of these explorations were developed into user journeys, feature sets, detailed interaction designs and service architecture plans. We also created the market development plan to support the teams presentation to the FT board.
